Usage indications

This  drugs is a power mean for erectile disfunction treatment. This drug should be taken in case of sexual agitation only. Sexual agitation releases nitrogen oxide from penis cavernous bodies nerve endings and activates guanilatcyclaze ferment. Guanilalcyclases are responsible in its turn for the production of  cyclic guanozinmonofosfate (CGMF). Under the influence of CGMF blood vessels providing blood to penis spread and relax. Levitra  prevents the destruction of CGMF  by thus helping to support blood flow to penis.

Application mode

Recommended dose of levitra Oral Jelly makes 20 mg of vardenafil. Take this drug one hour before sexual act. It is recommended to decrease the dose up to 5 mg a day in case if side effects occur. The dose increase is not recommended. Take this drug on doctor’s prescription only

Missed doses

Levitra Oral Jelly should be taken in case  of necessity but not more than once day.

Storage

Store this drug at room temperature and keep away from children, pets, humidity and sun lights.

Precautions

This drug is not recommended for the patients who have suffered from stroke or heart attack especially within last six months or the patients suffering from heart insufficiency. Inform your doctor about the history of serious  kidneys disfunction,  blood coagulation problems, ulcer, inherited retina disfunction such as pigment retinitis, allergic reaction to this drug, the intake of any other drugs penis deformation such as crooking, cavernous fibrosis (Peironi disease) and the diseases prompting the development of priapism (sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma leucosis or leukemia).

Contraindications

Levitra Oral Jelly is contraindicated for the patients with hypersensitivity to its components, to patients younger than 16 years old. The simultaneous application of AIDS proteases inhibitors such as indinavir and ritonavir with Levitra Oral Jelly is prohibited.

Over dosage

Over dosage symptoms include back, chew, hands, chest pain, blindness, blurred or weakened vision or discomfort.

Side effects

The treatment with levitra Oral Jelly does not usually cause serious side effects.  The most widespread  side effects are headache, redness (face hyperaemia), giddiness, diarrhea, vomiting, stuffiness in the nose. More rare and unusual side effects are skin  light sensitivity, hypertension, back pain, watering eyes, hypotension, myalgia, priapism.

The interaction with other drugs

The Levitra Oral Jelly metabolism is slowed by erythromycin , ketokonazol (nizoral),  itrakonazol (Sporakonox),  indinavir (Kryxyvan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Levitra decreases the concentration of ritonavir and indinavir in blood. The chest pain can become more sharp at the patients taking nitrates for the increase of heart contractions frequency and blood pressure decrease. Levitra can decrease the effect of blood pressure decrease due to alfa blockers (teratosine or hitrin). The drug is contraindicated for the patients taking organic nitrates
